These editions of ITINERIS will be a little more itinerant. Kayaking, climbing, nature, cooking, food, and archaeology. The underlying theme will be SENSORY ITALIAN: Italian for experiencing and describing the five senses.

The first edition was a pilot project: a field laboratory to test the model, create a network of local collaborators, and gather feedback from students and partners.

What is Itineris?
Itineris is the first experiential language retreat in Sardinia for foreign students of Italian from around the world.
The idea stems from the need to overcome the limitations of traditional and digital teaching, offering students a real-world, immersive environment where language becomes a tool for connection and sharing, discovery, and active participation.
How does it work?
There will be no classroom lessons! Italian will be the only language we communicate in.
What will you do?
Outdoor experiences, traditional cooking workshops, aperitifs, and dinners with your travel companions.
"Morning and Evening Italian": Short briefing sessions to memorize the day's words and structures.
Outdoor experiences every day: nature tours, kayaking, climbing, visits to archaeological sites, and traditional cooking workshops, where Italian is the only common language.
Dinners where the day's story becomes an exercise in sharing.
Only requirement : A2 level (you must be able to communicate)
But if you don't feel ready, I'll prepare you! The "Itineris Online" course will start soon to better prepare you for this experience!
